Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and promptness.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and consistent follow-up.
Collaborate with the day shift team for seamless handovers.
Requirements
Prior experience in a customer service/support role (1-2 years preferred, especially in a night shift or international support setting).
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working night shifts and weekends/holidays if required.
Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar is a plus.
